It consists of three parts so everyone can participate!:
1) 4-mile men’s run: 8:30 a.m.
2) 4-mile women’s run: 9:30 a.m.
3) Kids Races: 10:45 a.m.

Where is all this fun taking place? Central Park, New York / S, Q +(M/W)



Even if you're not a runner, supporters of the event are still welcome to visit the
fitness Magazine Mind, Body, Spirit Lounge located on Center Road before and after the event for free samples, WNBA clinics, classes and demonstrations, exciting giveaways, free gift bags, and more!

Mind, Body, Spirit Superstar Maria Menounos will kick off the Women’s 4M Race and help with the post-race awards ceremony.

New York City Waterfalls

New York City's Waterfalls.
is a "a monumental-scale public art installation conceived by the Danish/Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson."

The Waterfalls features four 90- to 120-foot-tall man-made creations installed along the East River: one at Pier 35 in Manhattan, north of the Manhattan Bridge; one on the Brooklyn anchorage of the Brooklyn Bridge; one between Piers 4 and 5 in Brooklyn adjacent to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade; and one on the north shore of Governors Island. The Waterfalls will flow daily from 7am to 10pm (and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 10pm) and be lit after sunset.
